Sunset Bay Beach Resort is situated in the northern province of La Union - close to San Fernando City and Bauang, overlooking the Luzon Sea. The Resort is well within reach of San Juan for surfing, Baguio, Vigan and Laoag as well as the mountain provinces. In its own well established tropical gardens, this small secluded resort fronts onto a safe white sandy beach, which is for the most part deserted.

Sunset Bay has 15 Deluxe rooms, they are spacious, airy and attractively furnished in the unique style of the resort. With the addition of an extra bed rooms can accommodate up to 3 people.
Family rooms for 4 people are also available.
All these rooms are furnished to the highest standard and overlook the resort's lush tropical gardens and infinity pool. Each has its own terrace with space for sun beds, table, chairs and umbrella.
They have a wonderful view of the white sandy beach, South China Sea and spectacular sunsets.

This big Family Suite is all newly refurbished to the highest standards and attractively appointed. It has a spacious well furnished Sala, Master Bedroom, 2 further bedrooms, super size bathroom with hot shower and additional storage. Good for up to 5 Adults. An air-conditioner, ceiling fan, TV, DVD player, refrigerator and personal security safe are provided. The entrance and patio area is decorated with pot plants and local style decorations. Table and chairs are provided for al fresco dining. RESERVED shaded parking is also available on request.

A coral reef extends about 100 yards from the shore, an ideal place for both young and old to explore the wonders of nature, particularly at low tide. The sea is crystal clear, ideal for snorkelling. A short walk along the beach and the reef disappears giving way to open sea ideal for swimming.

A choice of air conditioned bus, Partas, Dominion, Genesis, Viron, Farinas (from Pasay and Cubao), Approx P500 each way.
A Private Taxi can be arranged for you, up to 8 passengers P7000 to 8000
Private flights can also be arranged in a light aircraft from Clark Airport Pampanga to San Fernando International Airport.
San Fernando is the provincial capital of La Union. It is only about a 10 minute drive from Sunset Bay. It is a bustling market town that has a full range of banking, shopping, communication, and dental/medical/hospital facilities. Sunset Bay Resort is situated to the west of San Fernando Airport.
There are many places of interest around the resort including the San Fernando Botanical Gardens, Chinese Macho temple, Local Potteries at Bacnotan, Wood Crafts at Rosario, The Shrine at Agoo, Bacsil Ridge (site of a strategic WWII conflict) and Luna Beach where you can see and hear the Rolling Stones.
